Complete Yoga and Massage

About Me

Education and Training: I graduated from the Denver School of Massage Therapy, Aurora Campus, a division of the Utah College of Massage Therapy and Steiner Education Group in November 2011.  In February 2013 I received my certification in the Aroma Touch Technique for DoTerra essential oils.  I attended training for Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy in April 2013 and became certified in AOBT.  I began training in Advanced Myofascial Release in May 2013 and am currently working toward certification in Advanced Myofascial Release (CAMT-I)  I am a Board Certified Therapist for Massage and Bodywork (BCTMB) through the National Certification of Therapists and Bodyworkers (NCTMB).  I also hold a massage therapy license in Colorado.

I chose Massage Therapy because I enjoy taking an active role in people improving their health. My goal is to help the client realize their goals for treatment and to help facilitate positive outcomes as a result of therapy.

My primary focus of each massage is therapeutic. My goal is to assist clients in healing injuries and improving their quality of life through massage therapy. I practice Ashiatsu, Deep Tissue Massage by hand, Cupping Therapy, and Ashi Thai Massage.

My path expanded to yoga after I experienced significant relief from osteoarthritis, which developed during my years as a marathon runner.  Inspired by the transformative power of yoga, I completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 at the Sadhana School of Yoga in Casper, Wyoming, at Wyoming Yoga and Wellness.  That same year, I became a peer support specialist for Yoga of 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR).  I lead weekly recovery yoga groups at the 12-24 Club in Casper, supporting individuals on their path to healing.  I renamed her business in 2023 as Complete Yoga and Massage and moved my business into the Complete Physical Therapy Clinic located just off Casper Mountain Road.  I am currently working on my RYT-300 through Blossom Yoga in Cheyenne, WY, and will complete training in September 2025.
At Complete Yoga and Massage I offer yoga classes at the clinic and downtown at 111 S Durbin, downstairs.  The classes are thoughtfully created with a theme or intention.  I strive to lead the yoga student on their journey of self-discovery through yoga sequences, breath awareness, and meditation practices.  Classes are approachable and accessible to all levels of yoga experience.
